I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. Lastly, the hotel's location was excellent, close to the main square and within walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making my stay more comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect for my business trip as it was close to public transportation and restaurants.
The rooms were a bit small and not well-lit. The lack of natural light made the room feel a bit gloomy.

Our romantic escape was perfected by the amazing staff who were always ready to help with a smile on their faces. the authentic Italian ambience of the hotel made us feel like we were living in a fairytale. We also enjoyed the delicious seafood offered by the hotel's restaurant.
Despite the friendly staff and great ambience, we were disappointed by the lack of room service and the absence of a phone in the room. the broken floor tiles with sharp edges also posed a safety risk.

The hotel sits in the very heart of the old town, making it very easy to reach the main square and other top attractions. Some rooms have low ceiling beams and the breakfast selection is decent, including salmon and fresh fruit. Although basic, the rooms are clean.
It was noisy due to the presence of a restaurant downstairs, and some staff members lacked hospitality training.
